Christiaan Steyn (left) thanks Koos Gouws after the presentation.
At the March Technology Evening, Koos Gouws, MD of KO-FIT Instrumentation Valves and Fittings, gave us an interesting presentation on the FITOK range of equipment, as well as some basic rules for tubing installations. Koos has been involved in the valve and fitting industry for over 30 years and after his retirement in 2013 he decided that he still had not had enough of the industry. So he started KO-FIT as the number one supplier of FITOK equipment in South Africa. FITOK was found in 1998 with its main manufacturing plants in Germany and China. The FITOK range has been TUV certified and can be used in many types of application. For the full presentation, please visit the SAIMC website and for more information regarding KO-FIT please feel free to contact Koos on 082 855 7041 or [email protected].
The branch is planning a site visit to BMW, so all members please lookout for the invitation as we have limited space available.
