Join us for knowledge, networking and professional growth.
The Society for Automation, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, and Control Engineering (SAIMC) invites you to connect with us at the KwaZulu-Natal Industrial Technology Exhibition (KITE) from Tuesday, 22 July 2025, to Thursday, 24 July 2024. Visit us at Stand G9 to discover how you can benefit from being part of South Africa’s leading automation community.
SAIMC has active branches across South Africa – including Johannesburg, Vaal, Secunda, Durban and Cape Town – as well as in Zambia. Members enjoy regular Tech Talk evenings and Johannesburg’s monthly Knowledge Sharing 4 Industry (KS4I) sessions, offering technical insights and peer learning.
In Durban, Mfanasibili Nkonyane, system maintenance engineer at uMngeni-uThukela Water, heads the local branch. He is currently spearheading their automation and scada projects and welcomes engagement from local professionals.
Also taking place during KITE, the SAIMC/ECSA Registration workshop on Wednesday 23 July 2025 from 09:30 to 12:30 is the ideal session for technicians, technologists and engineers needing help with their professional registration. The workshop will be facilitated by Johan Maartens, PrEng and CEO of SAIMC. The cost is R150 per person. To register, go to https://form.jotform.com/251543867372565
Come and chat with us, expand your network and unlock new career opportunities in automation.
