We welcome Gary Friend from ExTech Safety Systems and Annette Thompson from EE Publishers onto the Johannesburg committee.

The following events are planned with some of the dates to follow:

* The much anticipated annual Golf Day – 29 July at Kempton Park.

* Proposed site visits to Sedibeng Brewery, Natref and the Gautrain – dates to be advised.

Johan Maartens presented the financials with positive results and followed this with a demonstration to members of the new SAIMC website, www.saimc.net. We request all members to register.

If you have any ideas for site visits or Technology Evening topics, please do not hesitate to contact any of the committee and we will try to organise and get an industry expert to present.
