Nohken is the manufacturer of the OL, LS, SH and FH Series of miniature liquid level switches. The technical advantage of these level switches is that they are utility designed for shock resistive construction in the metal float.

These level switches are a compact size, low cost, they have a reliable or long switch life, they can be used in a wide range of liquids, and they are an ideal solution for standard assembly parts of mass produced equipment.

These miniature liquid level switches are designed for reliable operation in small tanks and containers. Their rugged design and careful engineering make them an ideal solution for OEM and large volume applications.

The Nohken level switches contain hermetically sealed reed switches in the stem and a permanent magnet in the float. The operation of the switch, normally open or normally closed, is easily changed by removing a retainer and inverting the float.

There are various applications that these miniature liquid level switches can be used in. Typical applications include automatic vending machines, photocopiers, collection tanks, pumping stations, pilot plants and similar small system applications. The level switches are also used for controlling delivery of plating liquid, coffee extraction control and hot water control.

The Nohken Series of miniature liquid level switches is suitable for water applications, chemical and food, corrosive chemicals and solvents, mass-produced lubricating and hydraulic oil applications.
