New thermal imager for building maintenance

"I am looking for a device to inspect a building for cracks, existing or previously repaired, in the superstructure. Preferably, the device should be a 'helmet' or 'scope-eyepiece' type of device that can be used to view the superstructure for flaws (infrared) and be able to take a still picture of the area being viewed."
