Some recent product history

In April 2000, Thermo Environmental acquired the Miran SapphIRe portable infrared ambient air analyser and the Century TVA-1000B toxic vapour analyser from the Foxboro Company. This acquisition combined the strengths of Thermo Environmental with the proven experience of the TVA-1000 and the Miran SapphIRe. The TVA-1000, introduced in 1993, is claimed to be the only over-the-shoulder portable dual detector FID/PID on the market. It includes onboard datalogging and can be equipped with an enhanced probe for fugitive emissions monitoring. Introduced in 1997, the Miran SapphIRe combines proven infrared technology with ergonomic design and has the ability to specifically and accurately measure any gases to ppm levels with a single unit.

For Ero Electronic, the infrastructure, support and superior products made Thermo Environmental an obvious choice for partnership.
