Intelligent flue gas analysers

The electronics for the Ametek Thermox range of IQ analysers are contained within the sensor providing a single, compact package. The IQ analysers have intelligence for local or loop control and are fully field repairable. They offer simplified installation and lower installation costs, for flue gas oxygen measurements.

Their IQ link is a handheld or wall mount terminal that provides a local interface using RS232 communications separate from network communications. This allows the analysers to set up and display system parameters, initiate a manual calibration or verification, as well as initiating system tests during setup and troubleshooting. By using the handheld IQ link option, the user can remove and reconnect the IQ link to multiple IQ sensors.
