IVO NE213 multifunction controller provides a compact and low-cost solution for simultaneous counting of piece lengths, total lengths and number of pieces in a production line set-up, with printer interface. The connected printer is activated either via the function key (manually) or the external input - most standard printers available may be used with this device.
Programming of the print protocol is by means of a 'print manager program' where data is transmitted via serial interface RS232 to the NE213. There is a wide range of software programming function options available, for example, sift counting and controlling, positioning control, batch counting, three presets in adding mode, two parallel running counters, 'flying cutting process', etc. The system is particularly suitable for the textile industry.
Available from Timecount, the NE213 6-digit counter with two presets can function as an 8-digit totaliser batch controller and can also be a tachometer and hour meter. There are four count modes for step, program, main and self-adjustment preset and scan.
A DIN 72 x 72 mm unit, the NE213 offers a high counting frequency up to 10 kH in all modes, programmable start count value and prescaler, the memory back-up in excess of 10 years. The device will run with power supplies of 230 V a.c. 24-48 V a.c. and 24 V d.c.
