Protea Automation Solutions acquires BRCS

BRCS Instrumentation's product offering has been acquired by Protea Automation Solutions to strengthen their presence in the professional instrumentation and process control markets.
BRCS are well established in these markets, specialising in primary sensing instrumentation, encompassing flow, level, moisture, pressure, temperature, signal conditioning, recording, data logging, test equipment and process control. The move will enhance Protea's extensive product lines in the high-tech process control market.
BRCS have represented several prominent overseas suppliers, and these agencies will now be serviced by Protea Automation Solutions. BRCS' present General Manager, Tristan Williams is moving to the USA to take up a position of Regional Sales Manager with one of the key agencies, Fluid Components Intl (FCI) in California.
