The IQ4 range of microprocessor-based digital panel meters, locally manufactured by IQ Instruments, features a four-digit display and is produced in an industry standard 96x48 mm format.
They can be fitted with two relays for alarm and trip applications. Relay set points, hysteresis, and response times are individually programmable.
Signal input options included process signals such as 4-20 mA or 2-10 V, as well as Pt100 and most thermocouples. Process signals can be ranged from -999 to 9999 to provide a direct display of almost any process variable.
Other options include an on-board 24 V power supply to power a wide range of loop powered transmitters, and a 0/4-20 mA isolated retransmission signal.
All user functions are simple to program from the display keypad and the security feature allows supervisors to restrict access to critical settings.
