The IRISS Platinum Series CAP-T has one of the largest visually clear infrared (IR) transmissive viewing areas available. The pharmaceutical-grade reinforced Poly-View System polymer allows thermal cameras to monitor assets inside energised electrical equipment without disturbance, while the larger rectangular viewing area provides an unparalleled field of view.
The CAP-CT offers locking covers for the IR window. These are useful in areas of high traffic and protect the viewing panes from impacts, flying debris and dust, meaning that IRISS can deliver on applications where enhanced levels of safety are required.
The windows work with all popular brands of camera and can also be equipped with Delta T Alert systems. When the temperature differences are above a pre-determined level, or significantly different from other electrical enclosures within the system, the Delta T Alert will alarm support technicians with details and the location of the suspected fault.
