General purpose thermal imager from testo

January 2014 Temperature Measurement

The new testo 870 thermal camera provides users with an entry level solution for everyday thermography. The camera has everything that is needed in order to take thermal images and is compact and easy to handle with a large display that gives a comprehensive overview of temperature differences while on-site.

The fixed focus always gives a precise image. The testo 870 has a resolution of 160 x 120 and a thermal sensitivity of 100 mK. A wide field of vision enables users to work optimally in indoor areas using one of the two variants: the testo 870-1 or the testo 870-2 which has an integrated 3 megapixel digital camera.
