Industrial Control Specialists is a consultancy that provides end users with professional advice and assistance in the selection, application, maintenance and sales of industrial process control equipment.

According to founder and owner Piet Badenhorst, “Industry is lean on skills and in need of experienced instrumentation specialists, specifically in the critical area of control valves, the final control element in every process loop.”

The company can assist small to medium end users with business and management consulting, sizing and selection of valves and instruments, selection of fit for purpose equipment, advice on equipment already purchased, tender adjudication, procurement of equipment, advice on maintenance and service best practices, shutdown planning and management, spare parts inventory and control. An advantage is that the company is vendor independent and can thus supply expert advice and fit for purpose products and solutions.
