RF Design introduces new ­hardware development terminals

The GT100-DVP and UT200-DVP units provide a complete hardware ready platform centred on the ATmega1284P processor.

GT100-DVP (2G version)

This is a hardware ready development terminal powered by a Leon-G100 GSM and Neo-6Q GPS module from u-blox. It has a quad-band 850/900/1800/1900 and integrated 50-channel u-blox 6 GPS L1 Module.

The GT100-DVP has an integrated charging and power management switch.

Featuring data, SMS, voice and fax, the power supply is 5-31,2 VDC or USB.

The serial interface is RS-232 via processor or USB direct. The unit is supplied in a compact housing and equipped with an 1100 mAH battery and power cable.

UT200-DVP (3G Version)

This is a hardware ready development terminal powered by a Lisa-U200 UMTS and Neo-6Q GPS module from u-blox. The unit is based on ATmega1284P Processor for customer-specific applications and the terminal features worldwide WCDMA and quad-band GPRS/EDGE.

It features HSDPA 7,2 Mb/s, HSUPA 5,76 Mb/s via USB and has an integrated 50-channel u-blox 6 GPS L1 Module, as well as a charging and power management switch.

Featuring data, SMS and fax it is powered from 5-31,2 VDC or USB and features a digital audio interface (external CODEC required). It is supplied with an 1100 mAH battery and power cable.
