Systems Automation and Management receives Dekra certification

Systems Automation and Management (SAM) recently underwent a Quality Assessment Audit by Dekra Certification and is proud to announce that SAM has received ISO9001:2008 Certification as of March 2013.

The scope of the certification

Electrical, Control and Instrumentation Field (EC&I) comprising project management, audits, procurement, design, panel wiring assembly, software development, testing, installation commissioning and handover.

Conformance to quality procedures is a commitment from top management to eliminate inefficiencies, thus ensuring SAM is a leading industrial IT/process control company.

The company strives to provide products and services that meet and often exceed the requirements and expectations of its customers. SAM actively pursues improving quality through procedures that enable each employee to do the job right the first time. It is committed to comply with the ISO9001:2008 requirements and will ensure compliance with all imposed legal, statutory and regulatory requirements at all times, and to continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

This certification covers the head office in Bryanston as well as the Durban Branch.
