Wago demonstrates efficiency in building automation
March 2013
News
Resource conservation dominated the recent 2013 ISH trade fair where Wago presented new building automation and HVAC solutions. The focus was not only on electrical interconnect and automation products, but also on their individual application possibilities. “We regard ourselves as a provider of comprehensive integrated solutions and place an even greater emphasis on our consulting expertise. A consulting island can be found right in the middle of our booth, allowing us to develop tailor-made solutions together with our visitors,” said Karl-Heinz Sanders, building automation market manager.
This user-first focus is reflected in production innovations: Wago’s main automation solutions are dedicated to energy efficient systems without neglecting the user-friendliness aspects. For example, HVAC macros prove that these two are not mutually exclusive. They provide specialists with ready-to-use solutions allowing them to perform a wide variety of applications at the push of a button. Time-consuming programming is no longer necessary, since individual adjustments are performed exclusively via parameter settings. The flexRoom distribution boxes work on the same principle. In new buildings, and for retrofitting commercial and public buildings with modern technology, they help minimise building automation costs for planners, installers and end users.
