The Flex range of rail mount power supplies from Adel is available with 1, 2 and 3-phase input up to 500 W, a current rating up to 25 A and a power flexibility that reaches 50% of the rated Current In. The ambient temperature rating allows for operation up to 60°C.
The power supplies feature three modes for output protection: hiccup mode, manual reset mode and continuous output mode. The extremely small sizes of the units and the compliance with EN 60204-1 and EN/IEC 60529 (IP20 protection class) offer a different way of supplying power to control panels. Besides the 1-phase 115-230 V AC units, Adel also offers 2-phase 230-500 V AC units. This helps reduce inventory as one product is suitable for a range of input voltages. Another feature of the Flex power supplies is the competitive price/performance ratio. The output voltage is 24 V DC with output continuous currents of 2 – 2,5 – 5 – 7,5 – 9 – 14,5 – 25 A for 1-phase, 5 – 7,5 – 14,5 A for 2-phase and 25 A for 3-phase.
