The newly appointed Regional Sales Manager of Data I/O Stuart Jensen recently took the opportunity to visit Spescom MeasureGraph, local distributor of Data I/O products, to get to know the company and the South African market.
Jensen was positive about the visit. "This visit is a challenge for me. I believe a good relationship and understanding between principal and distributor is of the utmost importance and my goal is to enhance the already well established association with Spescom and its product specialist Jeroen Dubbelman. Another reason for my visit is to investigate and assess the local market's potential for the Data I/O product range. The country is rich in resources and with Spescom's expertise and knowledge of the IT market we can expand our involvement in the local programming field.
"Spescom compares with the best in the world where its facilities are concerned. Its workshop is fully equipped to offer outstanding technical support and repairs for our product range. It also has an in-house calibration laboratory, the latest demonstration facilities and a very modern auditorium," said Jensen.
"Spescom's policy to employ a dedicated specialist for the Data I/O products is inspiring. I haven't come across many distributors who invest so much time and capital in training, technical support and after sales service. It proves Spescom's commitment to both its principals and customers. I am satisfied that Data I/O users will always be able to count on the best support from Spescom," concluded Jensen.
Spescom's Fluke and test systems Sales Manager Hilton Preston says Jensen's visit has re-affirmed the affiliation between the two companies. "We appreciate it that Stuart took the time to visit us. It is significant that our principals know our infrastructure and the dedication of the different product specialists.
