Telco Sensors is a Danish designer, developer and manufacturer of photoelectric sensors, photoelectric amplifiers, light curtains and optical fork sensors. The company’s OFS series of self-contained optical fork sensors comes in a durable, U-shaped anodised aluminium housing which allows for easy adjustment and mounting. The solid structure makes them shock- and vibration-proof and allows them to meet IP67 standards. Operating in through-beam mode, the series is available with a wide variety of fork opening widths which ranges from 2 to 220 mm.
The complete series is available as a 3 wire NPN or PNP transistor output with a 10-35 VDC supply voltage. All models offer sensitivity adjustment via an integral potentiometer and are available with switch selectable light and dark functions. The switching frequency of the series goes up to 5000 Hz.
