Schneider Electric and Adroit Technologies announce a strategic alliance
June 2001
News
Schneider Electric and Adroit Technologies have entered into an internationally supported strategic alliance that creates a value proposition for their customer base through a 'complete industrial package'. The companies are establishing the alliance as a technology research and development centre in the African zone.
The companies have been linked for many years through the Schneider ModConnect program and have excelled in their respective industrial automation markets. Bringing these resources together to match the changing demand of these markets places the alliance in an exceptionally advantageous position to meet these needs.

With immediate effect, the alliance is able to offer a complete industrial package to small, medium and large corporate customers through joint marketing, sales, after-sales support and local R&D.
Schneider Electric is a global leader in electrical distribution, industrial control and automation. Combining these with Adroit Technologies' leading software products creates an alternative offer to the customer: a complete industrial package.
