Switches International has announced its new range of valve switchboxes and controllers designed for robust and cost-effective operation. The range extends from the high-end integrated solenoid discrete valve controller (ALSD400) units to the affordable ALS200 ATEX approved units available for intrinsically safe applications.
Various sensor and solenoid options are available, including micro-switches, 2 or 3-wire proximity sensors, AS-I/ DeviceNet/Ethernet bus connections, analogue and single or dual-coil solenoids. Mounting is also made simple using the brackets provided.
The boxes/controllers all carry international and local safety certification for hazardous area applications with environmental protection ratings up to IP67. All units feature the convenient click-cam adjustment for internal sensor application adjustment using rotary or linear mechanisms.
