One HMI product for all automation requirements.
The MT8000 series is the new HMI generation from Weintek. With a concept designed for customer satisfaction through easy-to-use attributes, the MT8000 performs not only as an HM, but also plays as the role of data exchange centre. Through an Ethernet connection, data can be shared among multiple MT8000s without limitation and any scada/HMI software on a PC can be given access. The Ethernet connection also allows users to monitor all HMIs connected to the network remotely using VNC or Easy Access technology. Weintek offers the i- and X-series in 110, 180, 265, 305 and 380 mm display sizes.
i-series
A combination of a fast 400 MHz RISC processor and the powerful EasyBuilder8000 configuration software that can fulfil most HMI requirements on a widescreen that offers users more space to handle dynamic graphics.
X-series
The high-speed 500 MHz CISC processor performs outstanding data processing to enhance communication transmission, support live graphic display and to perform complicated animations and multipage switching without delay. All MT8000 X-series models are equipped with three serial ports, which users can simultaneously connect three different types of PLCs or controllers. The X-series supports the Media Player function to create operation and maintenance instructions on video, which can help users to provide an environment that enables operators to perform tasks efficiently from clear instructions delivered onsite.
Features
The MT8000’s bright, high-contrast 65 536-colour (16 bits) TFT displays offer superior clarity and wide viewing angles for stunning graphics. The large-size screens provide more space for clarity when engineering projects of complicated configuration. Sensitive, accurate and reliable touch panels are rated to enable one million repeated operations.
The Ethernet ports allow several MT8000s on the network to exchange and access data from one another. Users can also download project information quickly via Ethernet. A standard SD card slot is provided to improve the efficiency of recipe file, data logging and project downloading as well as to simplify data processing. Built-in power isolation is provided to make the MT8000 more reliable in electrically noisy operating environments.
