The TP temperature plug from ifm electronic offers an alternative to conventional head transmitters via a Pt100/Pt1000 measured signal converter that provides 4-20 mA analogue values. Its two standardised M12 connections considerably reduce mounting complexity, for a measuring range that is scalable from –50 to 300°C via IO-Link.
A green status LED signals the operating status, while the fully potted housing ensures high vibration resistance and prevents penetration of moisture to IP67. Thanks to its small size and four-wire evaluation, the TP temperature plug can be installed in a safe location via a connection cable.
