Advantech’s IPPC-4000D is a 4U 475 mm rack mount industrial workstation with a 140 mm VGA TFT LCD display that supports both Pentium 4 and Celeron D processors. The design minimises interconnections between the backplane and the CPU card for enhanced platform reliability.

Features include a shock-resistant disk drive bay designed to hold up to three 130 mm and one 88 mm disk drives, front accessible USB interface for easy data transferring and dual front-accessible filtered cooling fans for optimal airflow. Front LEDs indicate system health, a lockable front door provides security and there is support for 300 W single PS/2 and redundant ATX power supplies.

The IPPC-4000D is compact and reliable for use in limited space applications such as test and measurement stations and machinery.
