Datalogger for use with Cyclops portable thermometers

April 2001 Temperature Measurement

With the new compact datalogger DL-10 users can store or transfer to a computer a series or sequence of temperature readings captured from the Minolta/Land Cyclops portable thermometers.

The new DL-10 is a versatile, low-cost datalogger capable of storing up to 4000 readings or 100 pages of temperature data, captured either manually or on an automatic timed interval. It is fully compatible with the new Cyclops Mini Laser+ and Mini View+, Cyclops and Compac 3 series portable thermometers. The logger is supplied complete with the DL-10 for Windows 95 software program for transferring temperature data, via an RS232C port, to a personal computer or laptop for further analysis, printing and storage. The temperature data is displayed as a chart, together with the maximum, minimum and average reading taken during a series of measurements. Time and date, scheduled start, logging mode and download can all be operated from the PC.
