Berthold Technologies has introduced The AshAlyzer LB 421, a coal analysis system based on radiation transmission technology. Typical applications in the coal industry include:
* Monitoring coal quality during loading or delivery.
* Controlling coal preparation and blending.
* Monitoring coal production to determine composition.
High precision has been combined with modular construction to cater for individual customer requirements. The large display with touch panel provides an easy-to-use interface arranged ergonomically. Installation is simple and requires minimal space allowing process optimisation of coal quality through access to real-time analysis.
Rugged design to IP65 standard makes the device suitable for use in harsh environments.
