With its new TG-Vision and ID-Vision Series, IMPAC has developed two thermal imaging systems for sophisticated applications.

The imagers of both series measure at different frame rates between 7,5 Hz and 50 Hz. Thus, they meet the demands of most applications. The systems are used in a wide variety of applications including stationary temperature measurements at R&D tasks (heating of electronic components), process optimisation (glass mould measurement) or the monitoring of production processes (automatic quality control). For detailed analysis and monitoring tasks a variety of software configurations are available. The adaptation and integration of customer-specific systems to individual measuring applications is done by IMPAC.

The imagers of the TG-Vision General Purpose Series are protected by a light housing for operation in relatively clean environments. A lens purging function is included. The imagers of the ID-Vision Series are substantial industrial sensors. Their robust protective housing makes the cameras ideally suited for applications in harsh environments. The housing features a system for lens purging as well as a special front plate for air or water cooling of the camera.
