The Eesiflo range of clamp-on ultrasonic transit time and Doppler flowmeters have been proven in a wide range of challenging liquid in closed pipe applications involving clean and dirty liquids and slurries. Eesiflo products are available for a wide range of flow rates, pipe diameters and temperatures.
A flow of 93 m²/s recorded dam outflow survey.
A large paper producer in KwaZulu-Natal is set to save R6000 per day on treated effluent charges as a result of an in-depth consultative and engineering approach between the end user and Flowmetrix SA. The process involved research into specific flowmeter related problems on the treated effluent line. The resulting engineered solution includes a fixed Eesiflo Series 5000 fixed transit-time flowmeter installed on the DN800 HDPE treated effluent pipeline. The flowmeter was supplied with a SANAS traceable calibration certificate from Flowmetrix SA and verified on site with the Series 6000 portable reference flowmeter.
Magnetically attached sensors on 6 m pipe.
Flowmetrix SA has also achieved reliable results using the Eesiflo Series 6000 portable clamp-on equipped with high power sensors on concrete lined pipes where other brands previous attempts have failed. Heavily scaled lines do produce similar challenges and are invariably measured using Eesiflo meters.
A recent flow survey in New Zealand yielded excellent measurement results on a dam outflow through 6000 mm diameter steel pipes.
