Combining the fields of dosing and mixing with expertise in engineering and project management, the Dosapro Milton Roy project department designs and manufactures one of the largest ranges of dosing and mixing equipment which includes dosing pumps, agitators, complete dosing systems, dry powder feeders, sleeve and diaphragm valves and analytical control instrumentation.
The LMI range of dosing pumps are solenoid actuated, with a 220 V supply. Flow rates range from 0,08 ml/h to 47 000 l/h over a wide range of sizes and up to pressures of an incredible 60 MPa (gauge) - (600 BarG). Numerous configuration styles are available to suit almost any application and nonstandard units are manufactured to client's specifications.
Liquid ends are supplied from a multitude of options from end connection configuration and material selection allowing the units to be used in services from slurries, clear liquids, viscous liquids, corrosive, toxic, volatile, abrasive and flammable liquids.
The working life of the diaphragm can exceed 20 000 h depending on the pumped fluid, working conditions and installation and the pumps are API675 approved, manufactured to ISO 9000 Standards and carry a two-year guarantee against faulty workmanship and materials. Locally, the pumps are used by almost every major client and contracts for continuous annual supply have been in place for a number of years.
Dosapro Milton Roy group, a world leader in dosing pumps, was founded in the 1940s, and has been represented locally since 1993 by MeasureTech, a Tyco International company.
Overall, the company has eight production and eight distribution units in 14 countries, and are represented in 130 locations throughout the world. With over a million dosing pumps installed internationally, DMR are able to call on thousands of respected references.
