Temperature Measurement

Recording temperature - with or without paper

October 2007 Temperature Measurement

The VR-06 from Temp-Tek is a low cost, high quality 6 channel process recorder with 163 mm TFT full colour screen, Ethernet IP and 200 ms sampling for all six channels and a definition of 640 x 480 pixels. Recordings on this instrument are accomplished by means of an SD card mounted under the front panel. The recorder can re-play the information or the SD card can be inserted into a simple USB card reader and loaded onto a regular PC.

An interesting feature incorporated into the unit is an infra-red sensor that senses the presence or non presence of an operator and switches the screen on or off accordingly.

Multiple options for the display of the recording are available at the touch of a button. These displays can consist of graphing with bar-graph indication or digital display, horizontal/vertical display or numerical display only.
