Blow that machine screen clean!

Pneumatics & Hydraulics
Exair's Window Blowoff systems give the machine operators a clear view of the part and the machining operation when coolants or cutting fluids are used. A clearer view allows machinists to make better decisions affecting in-process parts. This results in faster machine set-up, increased productivity, and reduced tool damage and downtime.
To keep up with the constantly increasing feeds and speeds of today's machine tools, high volumes of flood coolant must be used. As a result, a heavy spray is often thrown against the window that eliminates visibility of the part and the machine process. The blow-off system gives an unobstructed view to the inside of the machine.
For open or closed top machines the Air Stik is a solution. It provides a direct, high velocity sheet of air to blow down the surface of the window. For closed top machines the Air Disk works best. Using Exair's patented airflow technology, this device provides a 360° air stream that blows outward from the centre of the window.
