Advantech's ADAM-4022T dual loop PID controller is a serial-based device with four channels for 0/4-20 mA, 0-10 V, thermistor and RTD inputs. With a ±0,15% accuracy, the controller is ideal for temperature and other processing variables in heating and cooling applications.
Advantech’s ADAM-4022T dual loop PID controller
The associated utility software can help with the selection of input and range configurations, as well as setting the loop operating parameter for process control requirements. The software also provides chart trending to help monitor and debug the control setting. Designed for use in industrial environments, the controller can be installed on a standard DIN rail inside a cabinet. It can be powered by unregulated 10 to 30 V d.c. to meet the various power sources in the field. The device withstands an ambient temperature up to 60°C and resists the effects of vibration and mechanical shock. A watchdog timer is standard.
