Advantech's ADAM-6052 is a 16-channel source type digital input/output module. With eight digital inputs, and eight source type digital outputs, the ADAM-6052 is aimed at meeting the demands for simpler control system architectures.
The 1 A source type digital output signal is highly suitable for applications such as solenoid valve control in chemical plants, or other kinds of low current applications that need to be carefully controlled.
The built-in web server makes it possible to read values from the ADAM-6052 anywhere worldwide. Based on the Java programming language, the server can also be customised to meet the user's exact requirements. The web server is a standard feature of the ADAM-6000 product line that is useful in remotely monitored solutions all over the world.
A built-in communication watchdog and network failure safety function resets the outputs to pre-configured values if network failure takes place.
The compact and user-friendly design of the ADAM family provides flexible mounting, including DIN-rail, piggyback, panel and wall mounting options.
Advantech is represented locally by ProMicro.
