The Californian-based company, DeltaTRAK, is proud to announce the first of its kind, Jumbo display Flash Check pocket probe thermometer, Model 11000, for use in quality control temperature checking of food and non-food items. This thermometer has a large, highly visible (38 x 12,7 mm) LCD display, IP67-rated waterproofing and it is a small diameter probe that is ideal for checking temperature of 'thin masses' of food, such as hamburger patties and chicken or fish fillets, as recommended by the FDA. This model is also compliant with US Public Health Service Food Code 4-203 and HACCP requirements.
Ergonomic-wise, the unique jumbo display Flash Check Pocket Probe Thermometer is a true pocket-sized thermometer and it comes with a removable pocket clip that has an integrated calibration screwdriver. The pocket clip is specifically designed for attaching the thermometer to the sleeve pockets of the chef jackets. The thermometer is RoHS-compliant, N.I.S.T. traceable and with the CE mark.
