Chlorine analysers for beverage production processes

Free and total in-line chlorine analysers are now available from Hanna Instruments. As part of monitoring the quality of beverage production processes, it is important to check chlorine levels. In fact many beverage manufacturers use chlorine for sterilisation and control of microbiological contaminants. These analysers are designed to continuously monitor chlorine in water, using the DPD method, in the range 0 to 5,00 mg/l. These analysers feature selectable sampling times, selectable recorder outputs, a low alarm, a high alarm, a system alarm, an RS232 connection and a proportional dosing output. An infrared LED source ensures long life and maintains a more stable emission over the life of the instrument. The PCA 300 and the PCA 301 also feature an exclusive calibration port. Economically priced, user friendly and minimum maintenance make the Hanna Chlorine Analysers ideally suited for chlorine monitoring and controlling.
