Fast aeration of water in oil

Water in oil can cause unexpected and expensive breakdowns on industrial plant and machinery. They can happen so fast that in many cases, water in oil can be treated as a more serious contamination problem than metal particle contamination. A sample interval of 1 second allows the EASZ-1 to respond before major damage might have been caused. The EASZ-1 has selectable ranges from 0-1% to 0-25% and resolution of ±35 ppm.

The EASZ-1 microprocessor-based loop powered water-in-oil analyser enables fast and reliable online detection and monitoring of moisture percentage or ppm in oil. The EASZ-1 is used in online moisture monitoring and as a control instrument allowing separators and oil purifiers to be started when needed.

Water contamination can occur at any time. It is possible that serious damage can be caused to bearings and other lubricated components without the user knowing it is happening. The EASZ-1 water-in-oil analyser can give early warning of a problem so that corrective action can be taken.
