Ametek's UHP Gas Purity Monitors feature a dedicated sample processing system, a single high sensitivity detector and onboard data analysis electronics. Two distinct models are available and each is equipped to detect a wide range of common gas impurities.
The ta7000R model detects H2 and CO with a reduction gas detector and has a detection limit below 500 ppt (parts per trillion). Utilising a flame ionisation detector, the ta7000F model measures CO2, CH4 and non-methane hydrocarbons, and also has a detection limit below 500 ppt.
Both models provide high sensitivity, a broad detection range, and offer total reliability with cost efficient maintenance and operation. The instruments are capable of selectively and automatically measuring all impurities in UHP bulk gases.
The EDL integration mode employs an advanced algorithm to isolate measurement signals while filtering out random electric noise. The result is an accurate and highly precise profile of the quality of the bulk gas.
The instruments include onboard gas regulation, carrier gas purifier, rotorless valves and an internal calibration system. The user simply connects the sample input, selects the data output and the system is ready for operation.
