Universal valve controller for servo-positioning valves and dampers

Novus, a supplier of industrial automation products, manufactures the N2000-S universal valve controller. This controller is dedicated to servo-positioning valves and dampers by a linear output or two relays which are time proportionally driven according to the PID output. Input and output are selected through the front keypad. This unit accepts J, K, T, N, R, S, Pt100, 4-20 mA, 50 mV, 0-5 V d.c. without hardware change.

Other features include:

* Dual SPST relay control output and linear 4-20 mA for servo positioning.

* Two SPDT relays for alarm.

* Input resolution of 12 000 levels.

* 24 V d.c. output for remote transmitters.

* Supply voltage of 85-264 V a.c. or 24 V a.c./d.c.

* PV or SP retransmission in 4-20 mA.

* Bumpless Auto/Manual function.

* Feedback potentiometer input.

* Programmable soft start (0 to 9999 sec).

* Ramp and soak: four 5-segment profiles or 20-segment profile with events.

* RS485, Modbus protocol, 19 200 bps.

* PID auto tuning.

* Password protection.

* IP65 front panel.
