The air knife manifolds (models 46760 and 39190) from Spraying Systems deliver a uniform distribution of air across the impact blow-off area. The flat fan pattern offers higher impact than blower type air knives. With a simple operating pressure adjustment, impact can be increased from moderate to very high. Model 46760 consists of an aluminium pipe with up to 30 ABS Plastic Windjet nozzles (coverage area 1,5 m). Model 39190 consists of a nylon pipe with up to 8 ABS Plastic Windjet nozzles (coverage 406 mm). The Windjet nozzles have recessed orifices which protect against external damage and offers air escape should the nozzles be placed against a flat surface. Common applications include: liquid blow-off, cooling, drying, dust and particle blowoff.
