Thermacon Manufacturing is offering Salvio's range of digital process and temperature controllers. Inputs vary from t/c, RTD, mA and mV types, with outputs being either relay, SSR or mA. All controllers incorporate full PID with auto-tuning facilities which can be set either from start up or whilst the controller fully operational. The fuzzy logic algorithm is provided as a standard function to improve the process behaviour. Alarms, analog retransmission outputs and serial RS485 can all be supplied as optional extras.
Thermacon also offers a host of temperature sensors including thermocouple and RTDs. These high-quality sensors offer accuracies within 0,01% for grade A or 1/10th B Pt100 being recorded. Both M.I. (mineral insulated), and bare tube sensors with different process and electrical connections can be manufactured to customer specifications. Thermowells, flanges, and all types of fittings can be supplied as accessories or fitted onto temperature sensors. Typical applications include the food, beverage, glass, plastics, metal, chemical and many more industry types.
