Cabinet cooler for large electrical panels

Exair's 2800 Btu/hr. panel coolers keep electrical enclosures cool and protect sensitive electronics from harsh environments. The new 2800 Btu/hr cooling capacity is suitable for large electrical panels where high heat loads are present.

Cabinet Cooler incorporates a vortex tube that cools ordinary compressed air. The cooled air is circulated through the enclosures to eliminate high temperature malfunction. They mount to NEMA 12, 4 or 4X (stainless steel) enclosures through a standard electrical knockout. Cabinet Cooler Systems include an automatic drain filter separator to ensure no moisture passes to the inside of the electrical enclosure. Available thermostat control minimises compressed air use and keeps the panel at approximately 1°C of the temperature setting. There are no moving parts to wear out.

All models are UL Listed to US and Canadian safety standards. Models with lower cooling capacities are available. Applications include programmable controllers, variable frequency drives, industrial computers, motor controls, microprocessors and robotics.
