Rugged, low-maintenance gas burners

Hegwein's BR/BA/BT/BG series gas burners offer guaranteed electromagnetic compatibility and all components are contained in a metal housing. Designed for use in steel, light metal, brick, ceramic and process applications, the gas burners have a rugged low maintenance design and their enclosures meet either IP54 or IP65 requirements. Burner sizes range from 15 kW to 2 MW/(50 000 BTU/h to 7 000 000 BTU/h).

The BR series is suitable for intermittent operation with compact design, integrated ignition transformer and burner control in a metal housing. They offer guaranteed electromagnetic compatibility with minimal installation costs.

The compact BA/BDA series burners interface with burner control via a Hegwein flame relay with voltage free contacts. The burners in the BT series can be connected to any burner management system already onsite to provide ionisation flame monitoring.

Designed for applications with ambient temperatures in excess of 60°C, the BG series has no built-in electrical components. The gas burners are also suitable for use with combustion air temperatures up to 400°C. All gas burners offer single-stage, dual-stage or modulated operation, a wide turndown ratio with an EC-approved design.
