Timecount is offering the TCT500 7-digit controller/PLC from Pixsys. The device has up to 10 digital inputs (mV/V), 10-bit or 16-bit for thermocouple/TRD/loadcell (0 to 10 V/4 to 20 mA), four analog inputs for incremental encoders 15 kHz (or one for 30 kHz) - and five relay outputs (5 A resistive load) two outputs, 0 to 10 V (two analog inputs not available).
The TCT500 comes fitted with a serial comm, which has selectable RS485/RS422/RS232 with Modbus RTU protocol, back-up battery for RAM memory and realtime clock, memory card (32/128 Kb) for programming and data recorder, PID control and motion control, master/slave/multimaster.
With a standard size of 48 x 96 x 135 mm, the TCT500 is still powerful enough to serve in edge-bonding applications, process displaying, cutting machine applications, loadcell applications and even equipment for moving materials. The unit operates 12 to 24 V a.c./d.c. - has IP54 frontal protection, and IP20 on terminal.
