Dehn's DEHNgate DGA FF TV surge arresters from Surge Technology, are designed to protect sophisticated satellite TV multi-user systems against interrupted signals. Should there be lightning in the nearby vicinity, their signals will not be affected.
The protection devices meet IEC 61643-21:2000 requirements and are suitable for use with equipment installed in 75 Ω systems, such as antenna amplifiers, broadband and satellite receiving systems. The unit is supplied with 2 x F-type socket connectors and has a unique signal-testing socket without the need to interrupt the signal. The nominal and maximum discharge current (8/20) line/screen is 1,5 kA and 3,5 kA respectively, and the transmission range is from 5 to 300 MHz.
