The CMCP-420VT range from Allpronix, are solid state, loop powered vibration transmitters.
They provide a 4-20 mA output that is proportional to overall vibration in terms of velocity. The transmitter continuously monitors machinery health and transmits directly into a PLC or DCS for trending, alarm and machine shutdown. In addition, portable data analysers can be utilised for detailed machine fault analysis.
Installation is simple, the unit is mounted into a tapped hole in the bearing housing or machine case and the two wires 4-20 mA loop connected. Several adapters are available to suit most applications. An optional integral LED display and temperature outputs are also available.
