Telemecanique’s original relay offer has now grown to include a full range of interface, miniature and universal relays as well as their associated bases and sockets. These recent range extensions position the Telemecanique offer as one of the most comprehensive, locally stocked, competitively priced relay ranges on the market today.
RS Zelio interface relays
The latest addition, the RS interface relay, is available in two current ratings of 8 and 16 A with 1 or 2 C/O contacts. These compact micro relays offer simple installation and replacement through a 15,5 mm wide, din-mounting plug-in base. In addition to the basic relay offer is a range of external protection accessories such as LED indication and surge suppression devices that plug directly into the relay bases. The RS offer is available in 24 and 110 V d.c. control and 24, 120 and 220 V a.c. control.
RX Zelio miniature relays
The RX range of miniature relays is now obtainable in current ratings of 5, 6, 10 and 12 A with configurations of 2, 3, and 4 C/O contacts. They are of the flat pin relay type and are simply plugged into the relay bases, which are supplied with easy to identify printed terminals. The RX range is available with or without LED status identification as well as pulse and locking manual test facilities. Standard control voltages include 24 V d.c. and 24, 120 and 220 V a.c.
RU Zelio universal relays
The universal RU relay is available in 2 or 3 C/O contact configurations and is rated at 10 A. This range offers a choice of round or flat pin plug type relays with ink marked bases for easy identification of terminals. With fast and easy 'plug in' interchangeability, RU relays also offer external test facilities, a range of plug-in protection modules and LED status indication. The range is suitable for use with South Africa's universal control circuit voltages of 12 and 24 V d.c. and 24, 110 and 220 V a.c.
RM Zelio 'control' relays
Zelio is not just a range of standard relays. In addition to the plug-in relays, the offer also includes the Zelio control, measurement and monitoring relays. Primary functions of this range include voltage, phase and current monitoring as well as liquid level monitoring. Zelio control is adaptable to all control applications with a wide variety of voltage ranges, dual frequency and multi-function capabilities.
RE Zelio 'timing' relays
Zelio 'time' offers both a 'universal and optimum' range of high performance electronic timers with one or two C/O contacts or solid-state outputs.
The 'universal' range includes multifunction facilities such as on and off delays, star/delta control options and status indication to cover the needs of most standard timing applications.
The 'optimum' range, on the other hand, offers limited functionality to suit specific application requirements. The availability of the optimum range in bulk packs ensures convenience for equipment manufacturers at cost effective prices. A compact dimension of 22,5 mm (width) across the whole range allows for easy and space-saving integration into both new and existing panels. Installation is simplified through the option of either DIN rail or direct panel mounting. This simplicity is further enhanced through the printing of wiring circuit diagrams directly onto the product. A sealable, hinged flap over the adjustments avoids any accidental or deliberate alteration of settings and offers continued visibility.
The Zelio range of relays, timers and control modules conform to all required international standards ensuring quality of operation and reliability.
