Available in four width, height and length variations, the B100/C100 MCC low voltage switchboard from Schneider Electric carries full compliance certification for the SANS 1973-1 standard and features segregated modular construction with top or bottom main busbars. The design also allows top or bottom cable entry and with a 75 or 100 mm plinth and is customised for container use and deployment.
The B100 MCC LV switchboard meets protection standard IP42/54 and is compatible with all makes of equipment. The main busbars offer a three- phase or four-wire system with rated currents up to 6000 A and short-time withstand of up to 95 kA RMS/1 sec with 220 kA peak. Protective coating metal treatment includes de-rust, de-grease, iron phosphate and passivate and hard wearing powder coating with epoxy polyester on the interior and polyurethane on the exterior.
