The SensoTech LiquiSonic system measures the density or concentration of a liquid using the sonic velocity, which the device calculates. Output is in real-time units and can be displayed in Brix, solid content, dry matter or suspension density. The measuring method is independent of conductivity, colour, refractive index or transparency.
