Endress+Hauser simplifies spares ordering

1 March 2010

Endress+Hauser’s simplified spare part ordering system has been set up to ensure its customers plants are kept running with the minimum loss of time, energy and productivity. Breakdowns are a fact of life and often occur at inconvenient times, such as over a weekend when suppliers are not readily available. Endress+Hauser’s spare part finder tool offers users an easy way to order spares 24/7.
The search tool is located on company’s homepage (www.za.endress.com), in the ‘Device Support’ menu. By entering the ‘order code’ located on the nameplate of the instrument, a list of suitable spare parts will appear on the screen.
In addition to being able to select a spare part on-line, users can also obtain information such as availability, phase out, repair dates etc. Pricing and expected delivery time can also be determined directly from the website.
The spare part tool finder is one of the many services in the Endress+Hauser tool box that has been designed to assist users to keep their equipment running at its full potential.
